Everyone here was super nice and easy to work with! My car was being fixed for around 3 weeks (insurance issues) and when I had brought it in it was out of windshield washer fluid. I obviously never mentioned anything to them about it just tried to remember to get some to put in my car after I got it back. I was so surprised when I got it back to see they had put in windshield washer fluid for me. It was just a nice surprise! Also, after I picked it up I thought there was an issue with a taillight (spoiler: there wasn’t anything wrong). But Matt went above and beyond and called me and explained everything to me. I would definitely go here again (but I hope I don’t have to 😂)
I don’t leave reviews ever, but these guys deserved one. Not only was the body work we had done flawless, they washed the outside and the front area of the inside of our vehicle. It was a very nice surprise to have our vehicle returned fixed and cleaner than we left it for them.
I was more than impressed by this location. Shuttle to work while they repaired my window, quality of glass is superior, better than factory. Pleasant staff, overall great experience. I would highly recommend.
So incredibly thankful for the help from Advanced Auto Body staff today. They did not charge me a single penny to drill out my windshield chip. The best tip I could give (because they refused anything else) is this review. Highly recommend!
They were friendly and helped us immediately when other places were full, by appointment only and over $200 for same service. Wow!

1000% Excellent! It would be nice if every experience was as good as what Advanced Auto Body & Glass delivers. I had a crack in my front window from a big rock on I-94. I tried to contact my insurance man a couple of times. He totally vanished, no response. I called Advanced Auto Body talked to Matt (Window Manager). He told me how to file a claim with my insuracne company. At the same time he booked my appointment. Dropped my car off. Matt called to let me know it was done. I Picked it up, everything was perfect... Great Experience.
