Tressa & Chevelle were wonderful and easy to work with. The estimate for the work was spot on – no $$$ surprises and it was done earlier than expected. No one will ever be able to tell my dumbass ran into a pole!!
I had a great experience with Advanced Autobody this week. They repaired a fix a previous shop did a poor job on through a previous insurance claim of mine. They left my car in better condition, cleaned the interior, etc. Very impressed and wanted to extend a thank you for helping me and taking great care of something I work very hard for. Thank you! 😊
Everyone here was super nice and easy to work with! My car was being fixed for around 3 weeks (insurance issues) and when I had brought it in it was out of windshield washer fluid. I obviously never mentioned anything to them about it just tried to remember to get some to put in my car after I got it back. I was so surprised when I got it back to see they had put in windshield washer fluid for me. It was just a nice surprise! Also, after I picked it up I thought there was an issue with a taillight (spoiler: there wasn’t anything wrong). But Matt went above and beyond and called me and explained everything to me. I would definitely go here again (but I hope I don’t have to 😂)
I don’t leave reviews ever, but these guys deserved one. Not only was the body work we had done flawless, they washed the outside and the front area of the inside of our vehicle. It was a very nice surprise to have our vehicle returned fixed and cleaner than we left it for them.
So incredibly thankful for the help from Advanced Auto Body staff today. They did not charge me a single penny to drill out my windshield chip. The best tip I could give (because they refused anything else) is this review. Highly recommend!
They were friendly and helped us immediately when other places were full, by appointment only and over $200 for same service. Wow!
I will be back for other service work in the future. Thanks again!
